Todd holds a Bachelor in Computer Science degree from the Ohio State University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver. He is the former Director of Finance and Systems for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York; and the Executive Director for Feldman, Waldman & Kline in San Francisco.
